They make these oral histories accessible online and preserve them in the Stanford library or archives in the format of Mp3 recordings and PDF transcripts.

Quicken is a personal finance management software developed in C, C++ and is used to manage and organize all banking, investment, and property/debt accounts. It also provides an instant snapshot of all personal financial expenses illustrated with spending reports and graphs.

• Designed and developed help topics, and generated and published online publications using Oxygen XML author editor and Far online help publication tool and DITA was followed in content generation.

Beckman Coulter develops, manufactures and markets products that simplify, automate and innovate complex biomedical testing. Hospital laboratories are its core clinical diagnostic customers. Life science customers include pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, universities, medical schools and research institutions. More than 275,000 Beckman Coulter systems operate in both diagnostics and life sciences laboratories on six continents. Biomek is a software application that is used to control the Beckman Coulter Biomek line of laboratory automation workstations.

Its operations and offices are present across many states in the U.S. eForms is a feature enhancement done on one of the profile management systems of CCH that enables recruiters to send email attachments of documents and forms to healthcare professionals and HCPs fill the forms on-line and sign it. JTrac is an open source Java-based defect tracking system that has been used by CCH developers and test engineers to track defects in softwares.

• Worked closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to develop a Bug Escalation procedure

Express Gifts a process of Findel PLC that provides personal shopping service to around 1.2m customers and is one of the largest direct mail order companies in the UK. The scope of this project involved content creation on various home shopping products and process documentation.​
